A Breath of Fresh Air: The Aegean Banquet Setup

When hosting a seafood-centric event, the visual cues are just as important as the flavor profiles. As seen in our latest project, the use of color is transformative.

For this event, we utilized Ocean Theme Restaurant Linens in a striking azure blue. Instead of fully covering the tables in blue, we opted for long, elegant runners over crisp white cloths. This layering effect mimics the breaking waves of the Aegean Sea, adding depth and movement to the long banquet table.

The matching blue napkins, folded into sharp peaks, add height and structure, complementing the professionalism of the chef brigade standing behind the service station. This setup proves that blue is the ultimate color for communicating “freshness” in the culinary world.
